Pabst Blue Ribbon or LoneStar Beer?

So, the age old question that has yet to have a definitive answer in my world....Pabst or LoneStar? Lets say you are having the guys over to watch the Spurs game on TV. Now a lot of folks would automatically say Bud or Bud Light, or maybe Miller Lite...Hey it's not the Super Bowl or anything, just a Spurs game. Come on man, Pabst or LoneStar? Seriously, I'm not kidding. Now for any of you that want to have me committed or something, lets take a step back for a minute. You can purchase a 6 pack of Pabst in the classically adorned can with the blue and white label with the cool ribbon on it for a mere $3.19....WOW, the competition could end here but for the fact that I live in the great state of Texas....and for all of you that don't know, LONESTAR BEER is the National Beer of Texas! Now it's a bit pricier, but you can get a 6 pack of this "nector of the gods" for $3.89. Now of course, this is an equally good deal because we're talking longneck bottles here. Nothing beats an ice cold longneck on a hot Texas day...or a cold Texas day, or any Texas day.....shit how about just a.......day. Wow, I'm getting thirsty. I guess the way I see it is whatever beer you choose, drink it cold and often. Pretty soon it won't matter anyway.

Ear Tubes

Well, we are already back from the hospital with Sarah. She had to get tubes in her ears due to too many ear infections. I understand from speaking with several people that this procedure makes a huge difference and that Sarah will be much happier now that her ears don't hurt a lot and she should be able to hear better as well. We had to be there at 6am this morning which kind of sucked. We arrived early and decided to stop by Starbucks for some coffee before we went to the hospital. Well, my day started off great once we arrived as I spilled my entire cup of coffee, most of which ended up on my new Spurs shirt. Damnit!! I had to sit there all morning with a HUGE stain right in the middle of my chest....it was HOT as shit too. Things went smoothly from there though and Sarah was in and out of the hospital in less than an hour. She's a bit fussy, but otherwise fine. She's catching up on her cartoons as we speak. Well, it's off to get some breakfast for me as Azure and I have yet to eat anything this morning. Hopefully my breakfast will not end up all over me like my damn coffee. Wish me luck!
