One of my favorite local bands, Milton Mapes, has gone on to do a side project under the name Monahans. Although I prefer their Milton Mapes incarnation more thus far, this song is pretty good. I need to really give this band a liston as their first record, "Low Pining" got some pretty good press. They have recorded their follow up and it should be out some time this year. Take a listen and let me know what you think.
